Model Call: Light Projection Fine Art Nude

Location: Rockford, MI
Compensation: $200 (2-hour session)
Deliverables: 10 curated, high-resolution images for personal use/portfolio. Photographer retains rights for artistic and promotional use.

Project Description

Seeking female models (21+) for a fine art nude photography series using projected light. High-contrast patterns, textures, and digital imagery are projected directly onto the body to create a layered visual effect—treating light as a second skin. No explicit or “boudoir” content. Models can remain anonymous upon request.

Requirements

• Age 21+ with valid photo ID.

• Signed model release required.

• Closed set. A female studio assistant will be present at all times.

• Private changing/prep area provided.

Ideal Model

• Background in dance, yoga, or athletics (helpful for sculptural posing).

• Ability to maintain still, precise poses while projections are aligned.

• Comfort with non-sexual, artistic nude posing.

Example Work

I taught Projection Photography techniques at the Shutterfest photography conference in 2022, 2023, and 2024. These were photographed by me over the last 6 years using custom software called Projection Studio which I created for these effects. These are real photographs, not AI or Photoshop.
